We are seeking a skilled System Analyst (SharePoint) to support the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of SharePoint-based solutions.
The ideal candidate will analyze business requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and implement scalable SharePoint solutions..
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems;
- Must have 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, design (database design), development, implementation, and quality assurance;
- Must have coding experience in C#, ASP/ ASP.NET, Javascript, XML;
- Should have exposure in Windows, Powershell, Azure;
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, site design, lists, libraries, and permissions;
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint Designer;
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C# and REST APIs (for custom SharePoint solutions);
- Familiarity with workflows, InfoPath (legacy), and integration with external systems;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Experience using SharePoint development tools like Visual Studio and SharePoint Framework.
Responsibilities
- Analyze user requirements and business processes to design SharePoint solutions;
- Analyse, design, test, implement, and maintain application systems or web-based applications;
- Collaborate with business users, developers, and IT teams to define project scopes, requirements, and deliverables;
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of SharePoint applications;
- Maintain documentation for solutions, workflows, and system configurations;
- Ensure SharePoint solutions comply with organization security policies and industry best practices;
- Integrate SharePoint with other enterprise applications and Microsoft 365 services like Power Automate, Power Apps, and Teams;
- Monitor SharePoint environment performance and proactively resolve technical issues;
- Provide training and support to end-users on SharePoint functionality and best practices;
- Stay current with updates and enhancements in SharePoint and Microsoft 365 platforms.
