Full Stack Java Developer

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Java Developer to contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of IT applications within Core Banking domain.  The role involves developing new modules, supporting existing applications, and collaborating closely with business analysts, project managers, technical leads, and co-developers.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Must have 8 years of experience in Java/J2EE development;
• Must have hands on experience with Core Java, Maven, GIT, Jenkins, Kafka messaging system;
• Must have hands on experience with front end frameworks such as Angular, React or Next.js;
• Basic understanding of finance and investment banking;
• Experience with Unit testing tools such as JUnit, Mockito;
• Knowledge of Storm, Hadoop, Hdfs, Hbase, Ignite;
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker & Kubernetes and experience in DevOps;
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset;
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Desirable Skill(s)
 

• Awareness of anti-patterns and scalable solution design;
• Ability to maintain and produce technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable and well-structured full stack solutions;
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from analysis and design to coding, testing, and deployment;
• Implement software in compliance with development standards and Agile methodologies;
• Support applications in production and troubleshoot issues as they arise;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product and project deliveries;
• Participate in technical design discussions and propose solutions aligned with industry best practices;
• Prepare software documentation and technical deliverables;
• Ensure high standards of software quality and timely delivery.
