Business Analyst

We are seeking a IT Business Analyst to support delivery of projects for critical applications of a reputed bank.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Must have 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst within banking industry;
• Must have strong understanding of software application data flow, data interfacing, and system integration;
• Must have familiarity with data governance and strategic data flow principles;
• Facilitate requirements workshops to engage the various stakeholders;
• Proven experience in end-to-end UAT coordination and testing strategy;
• Ability to analyze and document complex business requirements;
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Understanding of front-end configuration and low-code solutions;
• Knowledge of impact assessment frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement-gathering workshops involving key stakeholders, such as front office personnel, to identify and confirm business needs;
• Provide daily support to business users by addressing queries and enhancing system usage;
• Manage and resolve issues while ensuring complete traceability of all requirements;
• Collaborate with cross-functional SMEs to develop effective, structured solutions;
• Understand project scope, assess change impacts, and document rationale for both impacted and non-impacted projects;
• Ensure solution design is aligned with strategic data flow and governance standards;
• Gather and rationalize stakeholder requirements and conduct detailed walkthroughs with the technical team;
• Resolve issues through deep business, operational, and technical insight, providing practical and sound recommendations.
