We are looking for a strategic and creative Digital Marketing Assistant Manager to develop, plan, and execute the Marketing strategy for a consumer-facing app. The goal is to increase brand awareness, user acquisition, and ongoing engagement across multiple markets. This role plays a key part in driving customer value and delivering innovative, high-impact digital experiences.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
- At least 4-5 years of experience in content strategy and digital marketing, preferably in consumer technology, fintech, or lifestyle apps;
- Must have expertise in planning and executing marketing campaigns with stakeholders to boost customer engagement and card spend;
- Proven success managing customer-facing digital platforms with measurable user engagement results;
- Experience in coordinating with regional markets and cross-functional teams;
- Must have skills to Analyze marketing campaigns to identify efficiency improvements and track product performance to align with business goals;
- Conduct routine audits to ensure the accuracy of information on the client's product page.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Experience working with credit Cards;
- Experience working in Banking Sector will be a Plus.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate end-to-end marketing campaigns and initiatives to meet business goals;
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives;
- Carry out competitor analysis and market research to sustain a competitive edge, and analyze data to monitor product performance and ensure it aligns with business objectives;
- Manage daily administrative and operational duties, including responding to customer inquiries, supporting UAT testing, processing requisitions and invoices, and overseeing inventory of card plastics and mailers;
- Manage and align content calendars across internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cohesive execution;
- Analyze campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations;
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging platforms to drive innovation in content marketing;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver high-quality content and meet strategic objectives.
