Senior IT Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Business Analyst / Project Manager to join our IT team  and work on projects to support Client Referential, Compliance, Risk, or Finance domains in a global and multicultural environment.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Must have10 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, including 5+ years in testing;
• Must have at least 2 years of Project Management experience, preferably in an Agile environment;
• Must have hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence;
• Strong expertise in writing and managing business and functional requirements;
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation;
• Experience working collaboratively with technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Experience in the financial or banking domain;
• Exposure to API testing methodologies and tools;
• Knowledge of Agile ceremonies and frameworks;
• Proficiency in using Draw.IO, Visio, or similar tools for process diagramming.

Responsibilities

• Lead mid-sized projects, facilitate workshops, project committees, and manage Agile ceremonies;
• Report KPIs and project progress to stakeholders and transverse project managers;
• Collaborate with users and product owners to gather, clarify, and document business needs;
• Challenge requirements and ensure effective communication with the technical team;
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories;
• Work with the development team to design feasible and scalable solutions;
• Define acceptance criteria using BDD approach and prepare test scenarios;
• Execute testing activities and ensure development aligns with requirements;
• Provide Level 3 support by investigating and resolving escalated issues from Level 1 and 2;
• Coordinate bug fixes, retest, and validate resolutions;
• Maintain and update functional documentation of applications and processes.
