Loans Executive

We have an exciting opening for a Loan Executive to join the Secured Loan Servicing Team for a renowned bank.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial institutions; 
• Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel;
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy;
• Solid understanding of operational risks;
• Effective communication and strong problem-solving abilities.

Desirable Skill(s)
Basic knowledge of deposits and banking procedures.

Responsibilities

• Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed;
• Assist with document archival and retrieval;
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Live Verification (LV) for system and workflow improvements;
• Handle account closure processes and manage earmarking/releasing of funds for campaigns;
• Assist the Team Manager with projects, initiatives, and process improvements;
• Ensure all requests are completed within the agreed service level agreements (SLAs);
• Complete ad hoc tasks and assignments within deadlines as directed by the Team Manager.
