Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team supporting our client in the Financial Services sector.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or business management;
• 8+ years experience in the capacity as a content manager with experience in online community building;
• Experience in managing customer-facing platform with metrics that demonstrate improvements in both customer satisfaction and cost management;
• Experience in hands-on planning, crating content and put them up on website/digital channels;
• Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills and organization skills with ability to work cross-functionally with other teams;
• Strong relationship management skills, particularly in building and managing campaigns with markets and partners;
• Entrepreneurial in thinking and solutioning to monetise content.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Experience in use the digital tools;
• Strong knowledge on project management and the documentation essential to all digital projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition;
• Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising;
• Optimize content and website structure for search engines to improve organic search rankings;
• Manage paid search campaigns to maximize ROI;
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, traffic, and campaign effectiveness;
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including C- Level Stakeholders, sales, product, and creative teams, to align marketing strategies with business goals;
• Design content and stories to support the specific product features of the apps, marketing campaigns as per product messaging;
• Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
