We are looking for a Business Executive (Project Controller) to manage end-to-end order operations, project coordination, and customer service for HAQT, while supporting risk management, cost control, and office administration to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Must have Diploma or Degree in Business, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within a structured organization.
- Must have solid background in business administration, order processing, sales support, or project/cost controlling.
- Familiarity with revenue recognition methods such as Percentage of Completion and Point-in-Time is a strong plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple project timelines effectively.
- Excellent analytical abilities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently under pressure.
- Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; working knowledge of ERP systems is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Hands-on experience in ERP systems.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order processing, including preparation of shipping and delivery documents, invoicing, and supporting project controlling activities.
- Serve as the central control point for project-related document submission, tracking, and archiving to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of customer orders, balancing delivery commitments with cost control measures.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with customers regarding order changes, delivery schedules, non-conformities, and related issues.
- Support monthly cost planning for revenue recognition, assisting in tracking gross margins, change orders, and identifying at-risk or delayed projects.
- Prepare and present Monthly Project Status Review Reports for internal project meetings.
- Advise the business on risks associated with customer terms and ensure required approvals are obtained in line with company policies.
- Prepare documentation required for letters of credit and related financial instruments.
- Provide responsive customer service support to both internal teams and external clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve project issues, enable decision-making, and ensure project delivery aligns with priorities.
- Support internal control processes through documentation, monitoring, and compliance audits.
- Follow up on payments for assigned projects to ensure timely cash collection and financial health.
