We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support software development projects and initiatives aimed at improving Contact Centre operations, the employee journey, and the overall customer experience for a reputed bank. This role involves coordinating across teams to ensure timely project delivery, regulatory compliance, and performance reporting to support informed decision-making.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Must have Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer, IT, Engineering or Business equivalent;
- Must have strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle SDLC;
- Must have experience in UAT, Manual testing;
- Proven experience in productivity tools such as Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, Figma, and others;
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
- Should be a team player and should meet timelines.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Prior experience working in banking, finance, or a regulated industry;
- Experience in Agile Project Management and Customer Service;
Responsibilities
- Support projects that use software development to improve how the Contact Centre runs, make work better for employees, and enhance customer service;
- Ensure the successful delivery of Contact Centre system enhancements in banking—such as CRM and telephony—by overseeing thorough testing and issue resolution;
- Translate user requirements into detailed test cases, perform test execution, and work closely with developers to resolve all identified issues before deployment;
- Take full ownership of assigned projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule to meet project timelines;
- Adhere to defined turnaround times and industry cut-off schedules;
- Ensure compliance and improve efficiency by following policies and suggesting process enhancements;
- Contribute to team success by actively participating in departmental initiatives and handling ad-hoc tasks assigned by management;
- Willingness to work after hours, on weekends, and public holidays is required to support releases scheduled during non-peak periods.
