PMO- Project Management Officer

We are seeking PMO professional with a background in Finance to support and drive project governance, execution, and strategic initiatives for a leading bank.

Mandatory Skill(s)

  • Must have experience in project coordination or project management/ project coordinator roles;
  • Proficiency in MS Office such as MS Excel, PowerPoint;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Prepare MOM (minutes of meetings) and follow-up on Action items.

Desirable Skill(s)
Prior experience working in banking, finance, or a regulated industry.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage Finance-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, status, Outcomes and budget;
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO function to optimize project delivery;
  • Maintain and manage project documentation, status reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs);
  • Work across teams to ensure projects stay within defined scope;
  • Engage stakeholders including senior leadership (project sponsors, Project Managers, Platform Leads, Business unit Controllers Finance) to maintain alignment and transparency;
  • Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for key recurring meetings, including the monthly Project Steering Committee (PSC), and facilitation of meetings like Tech meetings, including scorecard reviews and assessments;
  • Maintain and update headcount and organizational charts, email distribution lists, corporate Grab accounts, and office access permissions;
  •  Providing support for various administrative tasks.
