Operations Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Operations Analyst having experience in Fund Operations to enhance service delivery and drive projects for a reputed bank.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Must have experience in banking operations or relevant experience, preferably with knowledge on trade systems;
• Must Oversee straight-through processing of trade settlements and dividends and follow up on any necessary actions for exceptions.
• Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, Power point and Word;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and foster positive relationships with stakeholders;
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills to effectively partner with peers and regional teams.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Knowledge of Operational Risk;
• Exposure within banking Industry.

Responsibilities

• Submit reports on unit trust investments, redemptions, and switching transactions for all funds within the specified cut-off times;
• Liaise with branches and fund managers on regulatory reporting requirements  as applicable;
• Process payments to fund houses and report on fund disbursements;
• Involved in monitoring straight through processing on trade settlement, dividends;
• Handle corporate action events upon receiving distribution contract notes, notices, and related documents.
