Lead Talent Acquisition – Data & AI

Job Overview:

This is an on-site Singapore-based individual contribution role that will own-up the data & AI talent acquisition for the projects within new / existing named client accounts of SCIENTE. Primarily, the focus is on technology talent acquisition services to meet our clients' data & AI project requirements.

 

What is expected from this role?

Candidate Sourcing & Management

  • Source, attract, and assess data & AI professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, from initial contact to successful onboarding.
Services Delivery
  • Collaborate with internal Data & AI services Practice Lead and hiring managers (in India and SG).
  • Manage the hiring process, including shortlisting, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication between SCIENTE and candidates.
Market Knowledge and Reporting
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies within Data & AI, and talent acquisition best practices.
  • Provide daily reports & market intelligence to internal stakeholders and updates on progress to stakeholders

 

Who shall fit-in the best for this role?

Must have at least 5 years of total experience in full life cycle talent acquisition/ recruitment of active and passive IT professionals and in client account management.

  • A graduate degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, a related field, or any business/HR/engineering discipline is a prerequisite.
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in hiring data & AI professionals.
  • Client account management experience within Singapor for this role is required.
  • Essential soft-skills include outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, along with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to strategically source and judiciously screen candidates to pinpoint the ideal fit for our clients.
  • Proficiency in engaging with potential data & AI talents, adopting a consultative approach to understand their career aspirations, and aligning candidates' ambitions with our clients' project offerings.
  • Independently contributing to the entire candidate journey, from sourcing to onboarding and seamless client interaction are key aspects of the role.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to continuous learning are mandatory for our organizational culture and the demands of the markets we serve.
  • Capability to work towards meeting performance goals.
  • A fervor for delivering results to grow portfolio of services to clients, coupled with discipline, focus, perseverance, and resourcefulness, is highly valued.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
