We are seeking a Test Analyst to support a strategic initiative within the banking and wealth management domain. This role will focus on ensuring system quality through end-to-end testing, working closely with business and technology stakeholders.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field;
• Must have minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in software testing / UAT;
• Strong experience in test case design, execution, and defect management;
• Exposure to test automation tools and frameworks;
• Familiar with Agile delivery environment;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Banking or Wealth Management domain experience; 
• Exposure to CI/CD or DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases;
• Perform SIT, UAT, regression, and exploratory testing;
• Collaborate with business, product, and tech teams to validate requirements and system functionality;
• Support UAT coordination with business users and stakeholders;
• Track and manage defects through to resolution;
• Provide regular updates on testing progress, risks, and issues;
• Ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices;
