Mandatory Skill(s)
- 8+ years of experience in contract management / procurement / finance governance;
- Vendor and contract lifecycle management;
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting;
- Governance, audit, risk, and compliance management;
- Strong stakeholder management across Finance, Legal, and Procurement;
- Experience working in public sector, government, or regulated industries;
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Experience in digital transformation or government-led programs;
- Background in banking, telecom, or consulting industries;
- Knowledge of public sector procurement and regulatory frameworks;
- Exposure to digital inclusion or technology adoption initiatives;
- Familiarity with tools like MS Excel, Power BI, or reporting dashboards;
- Understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, Cloud, and Cybersecurity;
- Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (good to have).
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle including creation, renewal, and compliance;
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and financial governance;
- Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, audit requirements, and regulatory policies;
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Procurement, and external vendors;
- Support execution of digital transformation and public sector programs;
- Track KPIs, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement;
- Identify risks and ensure proper mitigation and compliance controls.
