We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery, operation, and maintenance of IT systems. The role involves ensuring successful project execution in line with customer requirements and contractual obligations through effective planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder management, while delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably in large-scale enterprise or aviation projects;
- Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management;
- Proven experience in risk, issue, and stakeholder management across complex IT environments;
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or equivalent;
- Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing stakeholder management skills;
- Experience in managing vendors, subcontractors, and cross-functional delivery teams.
Desirable Skill(s)
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification with Agile/Scrum certification preferred;
- Experience in regulated or large-scale enterprise IT environments (e.g., aviation, government, banking).
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards;
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation strategies;
- Manage stakeholders, provide regular progress updates, and conduct review meetings with clear reporting;
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues while maintaining governance and compliance;
- Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution and delivery;
- Monitor project performance, including budget, resources, and SLAs, ensuring successful outcomes.
