We are looking for a discovery-driven Business Analyst to support digital initiatives within aviation domain. This role involves driving the end-to-end requirements journey, from shaping ambiguous business problems into clear, structured solutions—requiring strong critical thinking, storytelling, and stakeholder communication skills to drive alignment across business and technical teams.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
• Must have 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role;
• Must have strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation (BRD, user stories, use cases);
• At least 1 year of experience in SIT/UAT and defect management;
• Hands-on experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as JIRA or Confluence;
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear solutions;
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to engage and influence stakeholders.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Experience with Design Thinking and user-centric solutioning;
• Familiarity with UX/UI collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Miro)
• Relevant BA certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, IIBA-AAC) are a plus;
• Experience in aviation or enterprise platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements;
• Structure vague problem statements into defined scope, solution approaches, and roadmaps;
• Develop BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows;
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to align stakeholders and drive decision-making;
• Apply Design Thinking to drive user-centric solutioning and validation;
• Collaborate with UX, developers, and architects to ensure solution feasibility and alignment;
• Define and support SIT/UAT, ensuring solutions meet business and user expectations;
• Act as the key bridge between business and tech teams, managing priorities and expectations;
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support backlog refinement and delivery.
