Seeking a Software Test Analyst with cards and payments domain exposure to execute manual tests, validate card and payment transaction flows, manage defects, and support UAT/regression testing in compliance with banking standards.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Must have 1–2 years of manual testing experience (banking/financial services preferred);
• Basic understanding of cards and/or payments systems;
• Familiar with SDLC/STLC and testing types (functional, regression, integration, UAT);
• Experience with JIRA and test documentation;
• Basic understanding of APIs / HTTP / HTTPS. 

Desirable Skill(s)

• Knowledge of payment networks and card processing platforms;
• Exposure to automation testing tools or frameworks;
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual testing across functional, integration, regression, and UAT cycles;
• Design and maintain test cases based on business and system requirements;
• Validate end-to-end workflows across cards and payments systems (transactions, processing, settlements, disputes, chargebacks);
• Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA;
• Prepare and maintain test documentation (test cases, test plans, execution reports, DSR);
• Support UAT with business users and cross-functional teams;
• Ensure testing activities comply with banking standards and regulatory requirements.
